A graduate from the University of NSW, Kerry started with the NSW Department of Construction. He then worked with numerous builders before appointed as the chief estimator of Winterton Constructions. With over 40 years’ of experience, Kerry’s work has included single residences to 400 unit apartment residential developments, hotels, aged care facilities, educational facilities, health facilities, hydraulic infrastructure, telephone exchanges and tourist resorts.

Devlyn has professional knowledge, skills and vast experience in quantity surveying and the construction procurement process acquired from over 30 years of working experience in Australia, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. He has represented the client’s interest (Professional Consultancy), the builder’s interest (Project Quantity Surveyor) and the sub-contractor’s interest (Chief Estimator). He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England and a Bachelor’s degree Building (Construction Economics) from the University of Technology. Devlyn’s construction procurement experience includes Residential Developments, Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, Churches & Mosques, Clubs & Hotels, the Royal Hangar, Brunei International Airport and the Asia Pacific Space Centre. In addition to English, Devlyn is also fluent in Cantonese, Min-nan and Mandarin.

Stephen has over 25 years of practical experience in quantity surveying, estimating, cost control and contract administration. With project knowledge from a variety of building and engineering construction projects, Stephen offers extensive experience in re-development and refurbishment construction projects . Stephen is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Another graduate from the University of Technology, Niruba has more than 10 years experience working in Sri Lanka and Australia. Niruba was the site manager of the ‘Anzac Bridge Cycle Way’ project as well as the ‘Cumberland Noise Wall’ project before joining us. Her varied experience includes residential developments, aged care facilities, health facilities, religious buildings, education facilities and railway stations. In addition to English, Niruba is also fluent in Tamil and Singhalese.
Cadet Quantity Surveyor
Now in the 3rd year of her Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) at Western Sydney University, Juliane helps out with the measurement of Builder’s Bills of Quantities as well as Elemental measurements for Construction Estimates under supervision. Juliane also gathers supplier’s and sub-contractor’s prices for the pricing of Bills of Quantities and Estimates.
